Returns Policy 

At matchica, we strive to provide the highest quality matcha products and customer service. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, our returns policy is here to help. 

Eligibility for Returns

 To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.

 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return: 

• Opened or used matcha products

• Sale items

• Gift cards

Return Process 

To initiate a return, please follow these steps: 

  1. Contact our customer service team at olivia@matchica.com.au to request a return authorisation.
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging. 
  3. Include a copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase. 
  4. Ship the item to the following address: 4/57 Mortimer Road, Acacia Ridge, 4110, QLD, Australia

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 2-7 business days.

Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at olivia@matchica.com.au.

Shipping Costs 

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
