Shipping policy
Processing & Dispatch
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order is packed and ready to go, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping Rates & Timeframes
We currently ship Australia-wide with the following options:

Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
International Shipping
We are working on expanding our shipping destinations. Stay tuned for international delivery updates!
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment’s progress.
Delivery Issues & Delays
We do our best to ensure timely delivery, but unforeseen delays can occur due to courier disruptions, weather conditions, or high-demand periods. If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at olivia@matchica.com.au.
Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or doesn’t arrive at all, please reach out to us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Must include proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on opened matcha products for safety and hygiene reasons.
